- Plan and coordinate the assignment in close consultation with UNDP, including inception discussions and preparation of an implementation work plan.Design and finalize training agendas, session plans, and supporting learning materials in line with agreed objectives.
- Organize and manage national workshops and training sessions, including venue arrangement, logistics, equipment, and participant coordination.
- Deliver workshops on roadmap development, replication, lesson learned, and strategic project design, as well as hands-on and refresher training on the operation and maintenance of portable water testing kits.Deploy qualified facilitators and subject-matter experts to ensure effective and participatory training delivery.
- Monitor training implementation through participant assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Prepare and submit activity-wise and consolidated reports to UNDP, documenting implementation progress, outcomes, and key recommendations.
